STEP ONE  : (Unang Hakbang) Ask the guard where the last queue is , and they will give you a form to fill out. (Tanungin ang guwardiya kung saan ang huling pila, at bibigyan ka din nila ng isang papel upang itoy sagutan) STEP TWO  : (Pangalawang hakbang ) A nurse will interview you if you have a cough, cold and fever . If you don't fell anything , you can follow the third step. (may mag interview sa inyo na nurse kung kayo ay may ubo, sipon at lagnat.
