STEP ONE :

(Unang Hakbang)

Ask the guard where the last queue is , and they will give you a form to fill out.

(Tanungin ang guwardiya kung saan ang huling pila, at bibigyan ka din nila ng isang papel upang itoy sagutan)

STEP TWO :

(Pangalawang hakbang)

A nurse will interview you if you have a cough, cold and fever . If you don't fell anything , you can follow the third step.

(may mag interview sa inyo na nurse kung kayo ay may ubo, sipon at lagnat. Kung wala naman kayong nararamdaman na kahit ano ay pwede na kayo sumunod sa pangatlong hakbang)

STEP THREE :

(pangatlong hakbang)

Go to the queue and get the number

(pumunta kayo ng queue at kumuha ng number)

that is the example of no. which you will be given to you in the queue.

(yan ang example ng no. na ibibigay sa inyo sa queue)

STEP FOUR :

(Ikaapat na hakbang)

Just wait for the number given to you to flash on the screen and go to the numbers because it depends on the clinic you to go.

(antayin nyo nalang mag flash sa screen ng tv ang iyong numero na binigay sa inyo at pumunta sa table na may numero , kasi ito ay depende sa clinic na inyong pupuntahan.)

This is the example of the registration, you will look when your number is flashed, go to the tables just to the side of the waiting area because your vital signs will be checked such as body temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate (rate of breathing) and blood pressure.

(Ito ang halimbawa ng rehistro , titignan mo kapag nag flash ang numero mo, punta ka sa mga lamesa sa gilid ng waiting area dahil susuriin nila ang vital signs mo gaya ng body temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate (rate of breathing) at presyon ng dugo.)

STEP FIVE:

(Ikalimang hakbang)

When you finsih Step 4. Go back to the waiting area and wait for your number to flash on the tv and go to the clinic assigned to you.

(pag natapos nyo na ang step 4 , balik kayo sa waiting area at antayin mag flash sa tv ang numero at pumunta sa clinic na naka assigned sa inyo.)
